Lighthouse Ministries Leadership

Lighthouse Ministries is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.

Andrew & Trisha Carlstrom

Lead Pastors

The Carlstroms first had a vision to serve in the Aitkin community when they arrived in 2021.  Andrew was born and raised in Aitkin, Minnesota, has served our nation honorably in both the United States Marines and Army.  Trisha was born and raised in Oregon and served in public school education for close to 20 years.  Both Andrew and Trisha have a passion to help people in their community and lead others to Jesus Christ.

Both Pastor Andrew Carlstrom and Pastor Trisha Carlstrom are credentialed through International Ministerial Fellowship.  IMF is an association of evangelical Christian churches, ministers and lay workers with an emphasis on the centrality of Christ and the Person and Work of the Holy Spirit.  for more information about IMF and Statement of Faith , please click on their website link below.
